On Friday evening April 25th, St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church will once again host the Putnam Chorale. The chorus will present Antonin Dvorak's STABAT MATER, the sorrows of Mary. 70+ singers and a 25 piece orchestra will present this very emotional 19th-century Christian hymn to the Virgin Mary that portrays her suffering as mother during the crucifixion of her son Jesus Christ. More information will follow as we get closer to the concert date.

Join them after any Mass on Sunday for a tour and help to raise awareness and partners for this mission.

The group, formally known as the parent-child connection group, will be returning to St. Kateri!

“Fans of Faith," is a new fellowship community for teens and young adults with IDD, (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities,) who want to learn more about Jesus and His Church. Contemporary Christian music, Bible study and sharing life experiences are just a few of the activities planned. We will be meeting on Wednesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 28th in the church meeting room from 5 -7 pm. Light dinner will be provided. Email Teresa or Bonnie at [email protected] for more info.
